Active vamp powers not working
I was playing a Ventrue vampire but the active mesmerise, sleep and suicide powers wouldn't work. I tried to reorder the mods to see if that made any difference but it didn't in the end I abandoned the story.

Is there a set order that important mods should go?

Not really. I gave up on that particular game as the powers weren't doing anything. Shame really.

I'm running a colony of crazy cat ladies now, so not a great deal of difference.

I managed to fix it. it's all about the order of loading mods. in my case, putting a vampire mod at the end was not enough. It worked when I put the [CP] Metal Gear Solid - CQC Takedown mod at the very top.

This is a really annoying bug and seems for some reason to only apply to Dominate and even then only sometimes
I have a colony with multiple characters capable of using Dominate and some of them just one day stop being able to use it while others still can
When they stop being able to use it, they never can again as far as I've seen

Mod order being the issue makes sense but I don't have CQC so I wonder which mods are affecting this and only this. . .
