There seems to be a bug with the "Presence" skill that results in the social skill bonus from it reducing selling price instead of increasing it. Not sure if this is simply a result of social skill going above 20 or Presence itself but either way my near maxed social colonist is now selling things for half their base value. Buying prices act as they should.
