Wanted to see them run around just for fun. How do I make this happen?

I've got character editor mod running, I tried editing the character's status in-game and am able to put it on "First Vampire First Murderer," but when I leave the editor and un-pause it switches the pawn to a thinblood. If I try to apply it to a different pawn who started as a vampire, it defaults as a 5th gen after unpausing.

I also tried prepare carefully which allows you to add the condition of "FV, FM" but then makes the pawn a 5th gen when the game starts.
