It'd be a great addition to the Vampire the Masquerade setting to let pawns both mortal and Kindred to give their blood/vitae to vampires that are unconscious or in torpor.

As another side being able to extract blood into containers and store them in a cool space would also be amazing. I'd say probably make sure it is not as satisfying as fresh blood from the vein.
