[BUG] Melee Bonus from Potence crashes game when total skill exceeds 20
When a Vampire reaches values above 20 with help of that neat stacking +3 Melee Bonus, from Potence 4, the game goes wonky.

If the enemy is a mech, it is teleported a few tiles away.
BUT - Should it die due to the hit, things go wonky. First off, the corpse will not appear as such, instead appearing as a fixed, non-interactable 'flying object'. And then it seems to get itself into a sort of error-loop (sorry, i'm a programming analphabete) that floods the log with messages, reducing the game to a crawl and eventually crashing it.

I have tested it as a lone mod (ye, JecTools excluded) and also confirmed it seems due to the level cap by using the devtool to temporarily remove some of the potence hediffs. As soon as the total was back under 20, things went just fine.

If anyone is interested in the error messages i can paste some, but as said, they're infinite.
