I'm subscribed but can't get the command to work (yes, I've enabledcheats)

The standard "FullyResetLevel" works, but I can't get RestartIL working (I also tried RestartIL_, I wasn't sure if the underscore was part of it). Is it supposed to show up in the 'mods' section (it isn't).

Any tips? thanks
