Recently updated the mod to include the German localization. If any German-speakers see issues with it, feel free to comment here, or on the mod proper, and I'll do my best to fix them.

Additionally, worked up the custom system initializers, and each of my empires have their own unique starting system.
With an extra system thrown in, I'm more or less testing what I can do with anomalies. They're hard to do the right way, but can be very interesting. Might add in more later.
