It is not possible to include weapons and equipment from the Edelweiss DLC in Increased Armory: Pacific without listing ownership of both DLCs as a requirement to download the mod.

Increased Armory: Pacific only contains items from the Pacific DLC. However, players who own both DLCs and therefore have access to both Increased Armory: Pacific and Increased Armory: Edelweiss are faced with the possibility of merging the two mods.

As a result, all weapons and equipment in Increased Armory: Edelweiss are added to Increased Armory: Pacific and can be used in quick match and the campaign.

To combine the mods, first download both Increased Armory: Pacific and Increased Armory: Edelweiss. After that, navigate to
and copy the folder named weapons.

Next, navigate to
and paste the copied content in this folder. When prompted, replace files in the destination with the new ones. These are items that are common to both mods.

Now make your way back to
and copy all_edelweiss_primaries.resources and all_edelweiss_secondaries.resources.

At last, open all_edelweiss_secondaries.resources with a text editor. At the top of the file, you will see
Replace 1 with 0 and save the file.

If carried out correctly, weapons and equipment from Increased Armory: Edelweiss should show up in the armory when launching a new quick match or campaign with Increased Armory: Pacific.

To revert your changes, the easiest course of action would be to just redownload the mod.
