The mod makes wood elves way too easy to win, all I need to do is to make ally with good race and auto win! I slow down the speed and try to have more battles but I won the game at turn 60 and the highest level for my lord/hero is 11.
BTW I think Norsca should invade coastline of the old and new world, but only the port city.They are like the Vikings, they are pirate.

btw in my game, greenskin fight with the vampire, allowing good race easy to crash both of them.
And in the new world, dark elves is losing the war between good race.
In one word, good races are still too easy to win.
I have two suggestion to improve this:
1. start civil wars between---humanity is not always good.
2. keep buffing the evil race, or let them make ally with each other and we will see a world war between good and evil.

This one has already been fixed in the beta version, it should be updated soon, along with the other factions :)

70 turns now, high elves start invading dark elves and have the ally with lizardman, its only the matter of time for high elves to win the battle. But I'll see and report the result at 100 turn.

Went about 111 turns in. I cannot express how phenominal the mod is, it really got me into the roleplay aspect of uniting the good factions. Not sure how to share a screenshot here, but I was the Lustrian Lizardmen on Hard (I know, filthy pleb), had confederated with the Last Defenders, owned all of Lustria except my boy Teclis's areas, owned parts of Araby and had military allies all around me. Lothern owned all of Ulthuan and Naggarond, the Empire had FIFTY FIVE (55!) settlements for a change, having owned all of the North as well and had conquered most evil races.

My two biggest issues in my first playthrough was that the Dwarves still steam rolled everything and were rank 2 w/ 39 settlements, and the Dark Elves were wiped out by turn 30 by the beastmen. By the time I got North it was all ruins (with no Skaven) and heavily chaos infested.

It was fairly easy, so I need to up the difficulty. So far the mod seemed skewed toward the good factions in my opinion. Can't wait to try a Skaven playthrough.

In Turn 100, dwarf is NO 1, greenskin is dying with only 2 cities, vmpire is losing the war between empire, dark elves is NO3 but High elves is No 2 and dark elves is losing cities..

dwarf no. 1 ???? how, in all the runs i have done they are weak compared to greenskins

In my Bretonnia campaign, the Dwarfs were down to 2 settlements before I was able to get Louen down to the Badlands to save them. VH difficulty.

Oh, a good v. evil world war sounds really bad***. Maybe you could incorporate it into a post Chaso war event where when the "Age of peace?" event triggers, it causes anomosity a great diplomatic relation decrease between good and evil factions. Of course you need to to have it where the evil factions ally with eachother for this to be completely effective.

Tested without SFO and without Flamingo's Loreful Empires mod.

By turn 100 Orks are spreading north like cancer, empire just has Reikland and Wissenland and are "trusted frinds" with vamps because both are at war with orks.

Dwarves are mostly keeping to the mountains, like they should imo (Karaz-a-Karak has fallen to orks).

Hellebron decided to invade Bretonia for some reason, but no complains, makes a lot more sense than HE doing that. Dark elves in the old world is a nice change, though I guess it was probably just a coincidence.

For some reason Hexoatl is friendly with DE and has declared war on the HE. They only have -5 aversion with Naggarond.

Skavenblight and Hellpit are taken by humans as always, but that's on CA, game just needs a Skaven DLCs and more minor Skaven clans arround the old world. Mors is giving the Tomb Kings a hard time, that's a nice change in the south.
