nope! community made taunts are not, and will never become tauntkills, unless the said taunt is directly a weapon taunt (this truly rarely happens but yes, a taunt that goes with a weapon may become a tauntkill)

The Pyro already has four(!) taunt kills, spread over eleven(!) weapons he can use to trigger them, vastly more than any other class. Give it a rest, Tickles.
Also, the simple fact that Action Taunts can never be taunt kills, only Weapon Taunts can.
