The Pyro already has four(!) taunt kills, spread over eleven(!) weapons he can use to trigger them, vastly more than any other class. Give it a rest, Tickles.
Also, the simple fact that Action Taunts can never be taunt kills, only Weapon Taunts can.

I get the feeling it would work as a tauntkill but you'd need to be pretty close
