this mod really seems a must have thing, but dont want to loose the option to choose which vehicles to spawn with ipt2, i have a couple different buses, trains, trams and taxis so i can use ipt2 to force spawn them for a specific line (or zone, in case of cabs).

I'm not a native english speaker either. Don't worry about it.

I also like that option of ITP2, and is one of the main reasons I use it. In my case, I have smaller bus vehicles (so they don't block a whole road) and larger ones (so they block the road only once), for different lines. Also useful for going to or coming from remote locations...

same. i do that with buses to select some mini buses for airport shuttle sorta buses, as i often use airport roads mod and put buses to take passengers along spreaded terminals away from main one. use it most often to select a specific train for a line, or trams. or set a taxi depot to release limousines only....... but ipt2 budget control isnt as good as expected, this mod would replace that budget control much better.

I have to say, the option letting us reduce the number of vehicles is useful, in some situations, like when you just want people to use another method of getting to work.

I am still unsure if Rush Hour is compatibile. Rush Hour increases the length of a day/night cycle by a factor of 4, the same factor by which the mod divides high volume stations' data. I therefore cannot tell if changes I observe every six hours are intentional or not.
I assume Transport Lines Manager is incompatible, as that mod also lets you control the number of vehicles in lines or even change the budget for each line (or "prefix") by three hour intervals.

I use Improved Public Transport 2.
I see that Transport Lines Manager is not going to be updated anymore, and ITP2 seems to cover the same things and more than TML.

Posting here again for visibility: Compatibility with IPT2 really is rather restricted, it seems. I tested it with both IPT2 enabled and disabled. In both cases the bus lines showed some adjusting behaviour after a day, as expected. All other forms of public transport (especially trams/trains) only adjust with IPT2 disabled, sadly :(

any news about compatibility with IPT2? has it been sorted out or still incompatible?
would love to have this mod, but i want ipt2 much more so i can spawn specific transports on specific city areas, because im trying to make some "themed" districts in my city.

I use it to have rural, urban and inter-city buses different from one another.
