found it as a reminder i write here

add a line to AnestheticGun.xml after that it shoud be like this

<projectile>
<damageDef>Bullet</damageDef>
<damageAmountBase>1</damageAmountBase>
<stoppingPower>1.5</stoppingPower>
<speed>70</speed>
<armorPenetrationBase>0,11</armorPenetrationBase>
