I read over the incompatibilities on the mod post but haven't quite figured out if any of mine really affect it... While I have minify everything, I haven't touched the landing pad at all with it.

The issue that rises up would be right after I pay the partner ship fee. The ship would start to land, only for an error to pop up as it keeps shrinking and shrinking until it reverses the image and starts to grow and grow and grow non-stop.

Went and shared the logs I had up to that point as well if they help at all. Just like I'll post it bellow as what the error said.
