KOTH Skyscraper
Art style.
This looks amazing, but are you sure it isn’t a bit too modern for the TF2 art style? What improvements could be made?

Mmh things is that I don't feel that the main map's theme is out of TF2's art style, after all just look at Kong King, set in a similar way. Now I see a problem with the skybox. It's borrowed from CS:GO with some addition to combine it to a TF2's sky. Also the buildings' textures come from Half Life that doesn't have the same aspect. There could totally be improvements to make the map more TF2ish if I knew some artists that would like to participate in giving the map some real TF2 feel with eventually fitting props. And sadly up to now I did not find much stuff to help.

But for now I focus on the level design. The map has to be fun first, then there is always time to improve it's look, even though the next update that should hit this week end or sooner will improve the building

Of course. You should focus on the design first, then visuals later.

Uhm...Kong King is pretty much the same and it doesn't ruin TF2's art style, besides TF2 could've really used some urban map :/

Kong King deviates tremendusly (that was not good spelling, but whatever...) from the TF art style, and no one complained. Also, in the TF lore, australia is extremely futuristic, so... that could probably, somehow fit into the canon?

Kong King does not deviate at all, it's set in a 1970 Hong Kong district called Soho. It does differ from the Badlands theme, but not from the TF2 theme as a whole. So yeah ultimately Skyscraper17 could totally get in, if i manage to bring the artstyle closer to Kong King.
