EotA BOSS Information
Boss Information
Bosses are far stronger creatures that roam the land and are not tameable. There spawn settings are rare so you may not always find them up, but when they are and you get close you'll know as boss music will start to play and a message will appear. While they won’t agro onto you right off if you get close, you should still watch your step around them. They each drop Essence that can be taken to an alter and combined to create new items.

These boss's and their future drops are NOT vital to the mod, and can be disabled if desired by adding the following to your Game.ini
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="BossSkoll_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="BossHati_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Terhenetar_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")

Their Balancing still needs worked on to be sure there not too strong/weak does their spawn rates. They were all tested against a spawned in 150 base lv tamed Rex with full level ups and primitive saddle. Feedback is highly appreciated!

Skoll
Behavior: Passive unless you attack first. Will call on his pack through out the fight and deliver a stam draining de-buff.
Spawn Locations: Redwoods (Use to be Snow)

Spawn Codes: BossSkoll_Character_BP

Authors Notes: Skoll uses my old edited direwolf model (read notes on the dire warg for info), and it'll remain that way for a time due to how ARK has textured the new wolf's, so re-making his marking's is going to prove tricky. I'm also trying to look into away to make his minions STAY with him, and not just bugger off when you leave combat.

Hati
Behavior: Passive unless you attack first. Will call on his pack though out the fight that will offer buffs to Hati and the pack. Stronger than Skoll and has two types of minions.
Spawn Locations: Mountain’s
Spawn Codes: BossHati_Character_BP

Authors Notes: Same as Skoll he too uses my old edited wolf model and will continue to until the texture issue can be sorted. He also has the same issue of his minions not sticking with him out of combat. In future his minions will be more vital to be taking out quick as they will each offer buff's to Hati.

Terhenetar the Corrupt
Behavior: Passive unless you attack first. Will send out a call (when I get it to work) that will ally other creatures near by to come to its aid.
Spawn Locations: Grasslands

Spawn Codes: Terhenetar_Character_BP

Authors Notes: This boss came about when I was asked to make a custom tamable unicorn. Well not so much asked, but pestered :P I finally gave in but with a catch, it became a boss and you will (in time) have to go through a process of purifying it to tame it. How? Well that will come in time.

Do you need to add a replacement spawn to stop them, or just add the code above to stop the spawns?

Just the above as is will work, as it's replacing them with nothing.

As has been stated, the boss items will be useable when the alter is finished. Check the Trillo board (lonked on mane page) for further details.
