Doesn't work
Has anyone else found this doesn't work with the newest update?

Same - 1: It doesn't work with True Start Earth.
2: On a regular continents map, I try to play, and it just tells me to disable any mods in use then try again.

This mod has not been patched to work with Rise and Fall. It should still work if you disable R&F, as far as I am aware.

I do not have the R&F DLC. and it doesn't work anyway!

I cannot see the Civ in the drop list - to select from. I have downloaded 69mad's fix, but its irael is not showing up in the list of playable nations. It's also enable, what am I doing wrong?

You have to put the "Standard game rules"
