Syntax
I am not sure about the syntax. Is this correct for instance:
inventory_buy_weapon weapon_pecheneg // weapon_pecheneg

or do you keep the quotes?

The command only takes integer values (ID's).
Here the list for Duality, tested some ids and seems to be working.

Here the line for your weapon above:
inventory_buy_weapon 91 // weapon_pecheneg inventory_buy_upgrade 1 127 // foregrip inventory_buy_upgrade 1 17 // quickreload

@5NO disregard what is written on the RIGHT hand side of the double / there are just comments and not taken into consideration by the workshop item.

In the example above the weapon ID 91 will be bought.
The line below indicates you want to buy an updgrade for the slot "1" and the upgrade of the ID is 127.
Same thing for "inventory_buy_upgrade 1 17"

It's that simple, once you have the IDs of the theatre.
