Researching is way too fast. If you have 4+ research slots you can keep everything up to date.

I'm wondering as a player and a great mod so far are we going to get more focues also germany some how way to fasts annexs austria and demands land from czechslovika making it very hard it happens alot in 1936 any way you could make it they have to do it in 1937? at a date?

We added that extra research slot as we have added additional techs and plan to add more tech as we continue development.

I've run lots of AI games and normally GER does Anschluss late 37 or early 38. They can only do it if they have a big enough army. I'll look into it more.

Is the system of naval balance different? i saw a video on the mechanics as was seeing if it is different.

For now only slightly though that will change in the future as we try an make it more viable to field well rounded fleets. In general if it works in the vanilla game it will work in the mod.

Please make a discussion or something with compatibility with other mods, i wanna know if i can use coring states, road to 56 and if not maybe single country focuses will be compatible?

Virtually any gameplay mod that touches tech, unit, equipment, and focuses of the nations we have touched ( the ones from the integrated mods and all the major powers have seen some level of tweeks). From my personal mod list I can tell you strategic vew adjustments and playerlead peace conferences work. I have no idea whether coring states will work or not as we have messed with some of the states. Road to 56 touches the same files as we do and therefore will have conflicts with our mod.

you need to install expert AI, if we have a mod on the required mod list for us it is required

I actually want to ask if there are some tips for the communist China... AI sucks at playing nationalist China and I can't win the sino-japanese war, the number of factories I have are so small.
