New country called "Russian Provisional Government" with the tag "TZR"
Was playing around with civil wars, got a glitchy event chain as SOV that led to me being annexed and a non-aligned Russian Provisional Government coming in place with a generic "White Resistance Movement" that is also non-aligned. I have not been able to recreate the event chain, but gave TZR a province and it seems to have a big but clearly WIP focus tree. I would love if you could go further into this and the event chain into an actual part of the mod. No other gameplay mods enabled other than operation overhaul and the recommended mods.

We decided to overhaul the Second Russian civil war in the current version on the workshop they are kinda broken but I think I got them working for the next hotfix. There are two ways for them to appear the first is not do the great purge completely and not invite Trotsky the other is to have less than 30% communism in your country (not fully working in live version). You should get a event to tag swap you over to them if you want to play as them (also not sure if this is working in the live version but it will in the hotfix)

When i got the event chain, i got straight up resigned and not tagged to either one of the countries. Possible bug then?

Glad to see the Russian Tsarists getting some love, I finally live my dream of restoring the Monarchy and fixing 70 years of damage done to Russia and Eastern Europe. :D
