You can safely assume all cosmetic mods and ironman compatible mods are compatible with Operation Overhaul. If a mod changes artwork we've also changed, Operation Overhaul will overwrite only the conflicting artwork. (usually)

There are some focus tree mods out there compatible with us too, as long as they don't change any base game files.
