As for China, we have the joint issue of lacking information for what they would use. This is particuarily bad for ships given the Chinese lacked a notable fleet until the 1960s, and even then it was not particularily large. While we are not oppposed to expanding their tech tree, it is quite the opposite, we lack the means to do so.
They have amazing tank and aircraft trees that are all customly drawn
Because at the moment you infantry trees are so much more developed than the tanks or planes
