And I have to agree with him!
The Dweller/Balloon sections where way to long and repetetive.
I have to admit I kinda rushed these segments while making the map.
So I stopped on what I was working on to fix it.

I had to play with keyboard and mouse because I had no controller nearby xD
Progress is slow atm - I'm trying to figure out some ways the time stop hat can be used.
If you want to design stuff around the Time stop hat you need to know that essentially all the Time Stop hat does is - ironicly - add time pressure.
Do the jumps you need to do before the time slowing effect ends.
I tried a lot of things and I ended up deleting most of it again because most of what I tested just fell flat because you could do the same without the hat.
You could say the same thing about the jumps that are in there for now, BUT these are just the first jumps to get the player used to using the Time Stop hat. Plus,the cool thing here is that it forces you to use the time stop hat - so you can't use the cappy cap to cheese through it. So basicly I'll use this segment for smaller jumps.
All you see is subject to change, because I'm not really 100% satisfied yet.
And I still have a lot of stuff I want to test.
Like throwing in projectiles so the player can dodge them ala bullet time effect...thing... forgive my bad english I'm not used to speak/write english :/
BTW - I still need to buy a new controller x'D
The Position/Look etc of the Platform will be changed in the future of course, It's just for testing purposes.
