Loudspeaker Fix (Maybe)
So for those of you facing volume issues for the loudspeaker, I have found a fix that I don't really understand but I thought I would point out

The Fix:
-Go into third person
-Activate the Radio Loudspeaker
-Return (or stay) into prefered camera

This worked for me and for those of you who are having the same issue try this

Note:
If you turn off the radio you have to repeat the process
I'm also not sure if this is only a client side fix so for those of you with some friends try it out.

it appears to be a bug documented on the BI wiki page for say3d as well
