can't attack
Hello I was playing as anglo saxon conquering large parts of northern britain but it seems there are some rulers and provinces I cannot attack to matter what first of all is king of ebucarum which I need to take in order to form de jury duchy and them there are 2 other rulers which are both anglo saxon and I cannot invade them aswell and that also block me from forming any new de jure duchies

Eburacum is blocked from being conquered to give a chance for Deira to form. You'll need to wait until 560, personally control Petuaria/Humberford, or somehow arrange for Petuaria/Humberford to be controlled by a non-Anglo-Saxon in order to use the county conquest cb against Eburacum.

Anglo-Saxons are blocked from attacking each other using the county conquest cb until 560.
