Looks like the problem is with the certain 1-3 tree types, because others looks good.

I was already aware of this issue, someone reported it on the C3 forums. I have fixed it in the next version which I just uploaded (might take a bit before it updates on steam, don't know how long - check if version in Main Menu is 1.3.1.2), along with some other changes/fixes:

Did you by any chance select the 'random forestype' option? If so, it should be fixed in next version. If not, then I'll need some more information, because as you can see from Gal Gadots screenshots above, it does work on river maps.
So i'm not sure what to make off this at this point without more information.
A few things you can try to rule out some things, are to:
- go into "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\333420\1255766623\" and delete everything in there. Restart steam, cossacks and let it redownload the mod. Just to be sure.
- check the load order of the other mods you use , and make sure this mod is last. The new terrain type maps are very peculiar in the way they load, and probably will only load if the mod is the 'last active ' mod in the list.
If it still keeps happening after that, tell me which start options you choose specifically so I can try to replicate the issue.

Pc specs?
When i'm the host, my match ALWAYS freeze when starts. When one of my friends hosts... it's the only playeable way but he takes AGES to load the game with this mod for some reason. When other of my friends host, the match ALWAYS ends and the start, and he can only see EVERY peasant at in the middle of the map (with a map really buged) with the text "defeat". Every one of us get a different problem. Best mod ever, sadly unplayeable in multiplayer.
We ALL have the same mods: This one (OBVIOUSLY), shiny textures and dark water.
Pc specs is irrelevant. We both have very different pc's, two of us high end GPU and CPU with 8gb ram. Don't make me go in details, waste of time. The one with the worst pc is the only one that can hosts but takes a lot to load for him, ironically.
- Pc specs aren't completely irrelevant, since your report mentioned 'freezing'. Certain options generate a lot of patterns, and a weak pc wouldn't handle it. But that doesn't seem the case. I asked anyway just to make sure its not that.
- Please try without any other mods first (for both players).
- And if you do try mods, make sure they are in the same order for both players AND that this mod is the last active one in the order list.
It works for me in multiplayer, so its a matter of figuring out what goes wrong for you.
It works strange for all my friends. The thing is that i can't host for some reason. One of my friends can host but one of them is out and the other always bug the game when starts. And some times it just works right, is pretty random. I will try with your suggestion when i see them again.
Well, tested. Sadly it's working as before, nothing changed.
When I host, my friend sees a plain map with EVERY peasant in the middle of the map, and when i get into the game, the game freezes a second before.
When he hosts, he insta win and i freeze.
Again, i'm not the source of the problem since there is another friend that can host and i can play with him, but he takes like 15 minutes to load the mod so it's a loss anyway.
Ok, which start options do you choose? Maybe there is a combination of options that isn't properly setup and leads to a defeat.
Still, when I see this: "my friend sees a plain map with EVERY peasant in the middle of the map", then it looks very much like this mod isn't the only mod in play. You are 100% sure about the state of your friends mods? What is weird here is that you tell it works for your friend with the slow loading. So this almost means its something on your and your other friends end that isn't going right.
You also didnt mention which of the 2 above you tried in your last test(s), (1) without mods (2) with mods in same load order and this mod as last active one.
I know it's frustrating this, but believe me, it is for me as well.
Perhaps one more thing you can do that would be helpful:
Go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cossacks 3\cossacks.ini and open it with any text editor and change LogFileEnabled = False to LogFileEnabled = True. Save.
Then try again with your friend, and after trying, go to your documents folder :(C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Cossacks) and open the latest log file from the match and post the content here. (For both you and your friend)
Yeah, no, this mod and the AI annihilation mod won't be compatible. Both mods add new objects/change similar scripts. The only way would be to merge them. If there's ever a 'merged' version it would be with the Annihilation mod (not AI annihilation), which is from a different author. I don't know the author of the AI annihilation mod.
Thank you for clearing that, thought that would be the issue. Was more so for people going looking through here trying to figure out why the Annihilation and this mod won't work together.
Would it be possible to have a lite version of this mod which is just the terrain changes and map types that doesn't change those scripts for factions and other bits?
