It's in the mods sections, but the cool menu isn't showing up
it's just the normal advanced set up.

Same here :I

I should have "everything" installed since I got this Civ5 complete pack recently with all DLCs etc.

EDIT: After some troubleshooting, working now. I honestly don't know if I just made a n00b mistake and missed the Single player menu under Mods when you proceed after enabling them or whether it appeared when I made Civ5 run as an admin... :)
