dosen't work without dlcs.

I'm a vanilla player, so I made the mod without any dlcs. It should work no matter what you use

no new decisions, i've tried full pack of "Arcade" mods, but nothing works for me, either that is my version or the mod is not working.

This problem (or a problem similar to it) has come up before...
Well first I would suggest making sure you have the mod enabled, because sometimes it doesn't enable right the first time you use it. If that doesn't work, I would suggest unsubscribing, going into your mod files (C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Univesalis 4\mod), deleting the mod to make sure it's gone, and then resubscribing. If that doesn't work either, then I'll try using the mod myself to see if it really is bugged out.

i had it working for 1 start. and after i re-loaded the game its no longer working again.
its propably my pc.

There should be. All 3 mods are almost identical in how they work.

Multiplayer gives different checksums

Different players might have different versions of the mod installed. Have everyone unsubscribe, wait for Steam to sync, then resubscribe.

And of course, make sure everyone has exactly the same mods enabled.
