Sound bug fix [TFA]

When using "TFA Base" the sound bug is caused by "sv_tfa_soundscale".

run "sv_cheats 1" then "sv_tfa_soundscale 0" and the sound bug is gone

(this fix only works if the bug is caused by TFA there are multiple other addons known to cause the sound bug)
