great mod but costs are soooooo cheap for some units that it's brokenly OP. Space marines getting the tactical marines at such a cheap price allows them to early game stream their units to the enemy base. If you're not space marines you're not playing this mod right.

Early game units of ANY race may even enter the enemy base .... and ingloriously die there, no more, than that. For base buildings' HP makes them nearly indestructible for unupgraded/non-specialized infantry, That's besides the fact, that turrent (of any race) merely eat the infantry alive.. I.e. - units are cheap, but also very fast to die.

HAHA yea, TheWise speaks the truth. We usualy soften targets with bursts of infantry, that ♥♥♥♥ dont fly in this MOD. So far havent noticed nething too OP...
On a completely unrelated side note : Oh how we had missed our sis Solaria, need her ride as our "daily driver". Only wish it had better shoes for stomping on yucky Orcs.
She finaly does "respectable" damage, YES it seems OP (and gawd we sure hope it is) BUT.... Theres only like 5 females in WH40k we SHOULD be OP!!!! TAKE THAT!

All Solaria's stats are - must repeat! - Codex-related (in this case - see Codex Adeptus Mechanicus, 8th edition, Knight Crusader). And she doesn't need better shoes - two heavy flamers make the stomping redundant :-))

Uh, I don't know what mod you're playing but unless you changed it after I made that post basically everything you said is a lie.

Tactical marine spam wins against both Orks and Eldar. It almost wins against Hard Space Marines unless they can get you with something unexpected like a lascannon squad (which, out performs snipers and melts literally everything in the game.. but that's codex related yeah?).

Tactical marine spam WILL let you win t he game in under 15 minutes and before you can even get a tank into the enemy base you've already won. No need for other units or upgrades. Grab Kill Team Iron Maw and/or Terminators and just win EZPZ.

This isn't even considering the fact that for Eldar you just spam the ever living ♥♥♥♥ out of rangers since they only cost manpower and you'll end up having 100:1 ratio of resources and your early game looks like a unmovable wall of snipers that can hold most ♥♥♥♥ off, unless you go against a wall of tactical marines because.. they're equally as cheap but hurt a lot more.

In my opinon and sticking with the point of OP, you should probably double or triple the cost of Rangers and Tactical Marines. Just because the units "die fast" doesn't mean you should make them dirt cheap. If somebody turtles just a little bit the space marines win. If somebody fails a push to a turtled space marine, the space marines win. If somebody isn't playing space marines against the spamming space marines, the space marines win.

Side note here, I didn't even play the orks. I figured they'd just suck because both the other factions dump on them until your eyes bleed. Also if this mode is meant purely for PvP, you might want to add that to your description but that doesn't change the fact that Tactical Marines are better than Rangers.

Pretty much the same way - Boyz spam is deadly in proper hands (just FYI - Shoora Botz deal twice as much raw damage per model, as TSM, just on shorter ranges), and you've already mentioned Rangers as more, than decent starting option for Eldar.
You need ways to counter the mass TSM? Here you are: Lootaz for Ordsez (no energy unit with notable damage and very long range), Rangers and somewhat. later Dark Reapers for Eldar.
As for cost - you guessed, it's also Codex-related. Let me explain: as per Codex, Tacticals cost 13 points per model (without wargear), id est they are not that much of expensive (cost slightly more, than twice as much , as 6-point Boyz), In fact, in my mod basic point values are converted to requisition cost, wargear point values - to energy cost, and requisition cost and energy cost summarized - to unit spawn time.
As for Orksez - here are some tips. Shout is absolutely CRUCIAL for slugga boyz. Then - massed Shoota Boyz, let close enough, kill even Space Marines' turrets fairly easily. Then - Lootaz are your bread and butter, Then - Trukks plus Slugga Boyz, ejected from them. Then - Tandbustaz, mixed into the crowd of Boyz. Plus - Zappanoggin one-shoots any massed infantry with his scrap blast and so on.
