FEP+ Balance Issues:

Sometimes this version will be outdated and "Viz" may have fixed certain imbalances in a newer version.

For the latest version please refer to FEP+ over at the "Runic Games Fansite".

If the imbalance persists then "Viz" must be informed.

"Viz" may intend things to stay the same yet it's worth asking.

I'm playing the kensei with synergies and the class is well balanced but the weapons are still op. Most of the armor seems fine but the Bokkens are all pretty much out classing any other two hand sword damage and enchantment wise. They also all seem to have the same .96 sec attack speed with a few above 1 sec. Don't if this is what type of feedback you want but I thought I'd let you know.

I've gotten a bit further and its starting to look like the equipment is also on the stronger side. I was also getting a bunch of duplicate unique nodachis. It almost seemed like the modded weapons spawn was trumping the other weapon's spawn. I hope that makes sense...

It makes sense and spawn rates are something we also wish to fix along with balancing the FEP+ armory with the original game.

And keep in mind these FEP item is sharing types of other weapon. Bokken = 2h sword. Basically if another mod edits 2h sword (like Synergies), all changes are applied to Bokken too.

In the previous update, I've nerfed the drop rate of FEP Unique weapon.. that it should have lesser change to drop compared to vanilla Unique weapons. I'll take a look at the drop rate again.

It can be although I'm not sure if Synergies does affect item requirements.

I know of a mod that adds this for the Variant class pack however it has yet to include FEP+ items and it actually destroys Uniques with it's own versions so safely move away a file of your cloned Shared Stash with your original Uniques if interested in the mod linked below.
