Can you list the name and level of this Shoulder Tattoo piece? The mod isn't being updated at this point hence listing the item within the Bug Reports is the best I can do currently for other players awareness.

Thanks for the info. I responded to thy other comment on this topic as well. If you find more bugged items of any kind; report them all to me by name and level (in any thread discussion of your choice although I would favor one location for efficiency; possibly rename this thread to include any items with bugged textures).

If all, most, or some of an item series is bugged then simply state the item series generalized notes of either it's name, level, and / or description.

The FEP+ mod may not be actively updated these days yet I can still keep a thorough record of any remaining issues in case a future modder does fix these issues eventually. Forking a new branch of this mod is still a potential option in that scenario. Thanks for your help listing these issues! It's appreciated.

There's the possibility that it's an incompatibility with the other mods being used so I won't rule out that option yet. Either way; it's a beneficial result for the FEP+ Bug Reports.
