Another Slot Ideas
Please write your ideas about slots like this.
A reminder; there is no way for editing minor settlement slots.

Special Settlements ; .. Slots ( Include Kislev, Karak Eight Peaks, Black Pyramid of Nagash )
Major Settlements; .. Slots
Norscan Settlements; .. Slots
Elven Gates; .. Slots
Wood Elf Settlements; .. Slots

for woold elves outpost I suggest 3 for minor settements en 5 for major settlements

@matthias it really make sense, Actually I'm some kind fan of Wood Elves but I think the amber system weakened them for campaign like mortal empires. That thing keep me away from my favorites, because of that I never played with them at Mortal Empires. Because of that I don't have idea about balancing the WE outpost. If you playing them with my mod, I can try to do change wood elves outposts number, and send you the beta file for your testing. If you want it and also when I find time to do it.
Also I wanna ask you; Is it really bad like this (I mean outposts slot number) ?

@steelwarrior 10 for Elven Gates make sense,I can promise to that I'll do it at next general update. But if I do 16 slots to unique settlements don't you think when orcs capture a unique settlement (also their strategic position almost near many unuqie settlements or they already have it ) there are no enough buildings to build for them? I think that when I do 14 slots to Uniques. I wonder your ideas about that why you need 16 slots. Also I think majors and uniques must have different possibilities, then I did 12 slots to majors.

right now in vanilla they can only build one building in normal sttlements and 2 in altdorf karaz a karak skaven blight and so on
and cmbined with the crappy garison I need to build 2 buildings for the best garison possible and even then it sucks and I would like to be able to build atleast one of the other 2 buildings so I have some benefit

as for beta testing I cannot sorry due the fact I am playing with gypsys mod right now

but I offered you feed back because ♥♥♥♥♥ one does 3 building slots for minor out post and as much as possible for provincial capitals [which is over the top IMHO 5 would be plenty]

and that works very well IMHO so I tough I share it since you work on a similar mod

We use a no-amber mod however we can't colonise (another mod). so it's a little interesting.... lol

why you can't colonise ? I'm still thinking wood elves need whole new mechanics for ME and Grand campaign for WH3. I have hope they can do it in May Update, CA said it will be huge update.

Anychance we can have less slots and fewer special settlements a seperate mod

-Special Settlements ; 12 Slots
-Major Faction Capitals ; 12 Slots
-Minor Faction Capitals : 8 Slots
-Norscan Settlements; 8 Slots
-Elven Gates; 8 Slots
-Wood Elf Settlements; 16 Slots

Special Settlements :Kislev, Karak Eight Peaks, Black Pyramid of Nagash, Marienburg, Estalia, Tilea, Kraka Drak, Mousillon, Middenhiem, Nuln + All secondary start locations. Possibly some more i have missed.

I'don't understand; Do you mean specials and majors should have same slot numbers /12 12/ ? So If I do this, what will be differance between them ? Your idea about WE slot numbers acceptable if compare with majors.

So Major Faction Capital would be something like Altford 12 slots
A Special Settlement would be something like Karak Eight Peaks as it is not a Major Faction Capital but still should have 12 slots
A minor Faction Capital Barak Varr would only have 8

Basically reduce the overall number slots but make special settlements and major faction capitals much more vital, so it adds abit more tactical play.
Currently it doesn't matter who or where you attack as all provinces capitals are basically just as good as others.

Hope you understand what i'm trying to say.
