Issue that I've noticed: If you are sneaking when she talks to you, the game acts like you're pickpocketing her and she will have 0 gold and only some basic items. Sometimes this happens even if you stop sneaking after she teleports, but before she talks with you. I've found that sneaking, opening her inventory to pickpocket, then stopping sneaking and talking to her normally has fixed the issue often.
A couple of times moving through a loading screen and calling her then has also fixed some issues.
