Request: Transhumanists Don't Care.
Could the mood debuff be removed for transhumanist colonies? It doesn't really make much sense that a colony of body modders who want to move beyond their mortal shells would have much issue with being cloned, quite the opposite, they will have conquered that great equalizer that serves as a constant threat to mere mortals.
