"Smart medicine" can't setup to use herbal for scratches(bleeding)

Hey,

The only setting I have is "Use minimal medicine for non-urgent case"

Unfortunately "non-urgent" is anything that is not bleeding(normal scratches)
I'd like to use herbal medicine for bleeding scratches as well.

Currently my pawns are using glitterworld medicine because a squirrel hurt them.
