Government names?
So I noticed that taking any of the civics this mod adds doesn't change the government and leader names. Kind of a shame, so here's a suggestion: How about it does that? Like pick the syndicalism civic, the government changes to Syndicalism and the leaders are called General Secretaries or something of that sort. It'd be a nice bit of flavour, at least. Should be possible by modifying the common\governments\00_governments.txt file and the associated localisations.

I called my "leader"'s office the chairperson of the federal executive committee, and as far as I'm concerned that (and maybe speaking to the press etc on behalf of the committee and/or representing the federation to external entities) is the extent of their role in government. A communist society really shouldn't have a "ruler"

I like to call them "Select"

As they are selected to represent society on the galactic stage, they do not "rule" anyone or anything.

But as an FYI, I am currently working on 2.1 compatibility, along with integrating as many of the suggestions that have popped in as I can.
