READING BOOK FROM EVRYWHERE
I was able to read it from anywhere in skyrim. Since this update i dunno why i can not anymore. i must be in solstheim now. would it be possible a fix for this ? or another version ?

you can read from everywhere except when you are overloaded and in dungeons/cave from skyrim
