My Two Cents
(Because the 1000 Character Limit Saves Space, which I'm not good at...)

I'm amazed at how much detail went into this. Basically everything works (and that includes f*cking plumbing! On a train!!)
You can also extinguish the fire and/or turn off the electricity for xtra spoopy effexts n stuff

Biggest problems I have:

-Train Lag
Train is a bit laggy when you first throw it into gear, but once it gets going everything runs fine. FPS seem to be highest when the train isn't moving, which isn't a surprise.

-Don't Stand There!
Never spawn foot soldiers with the train at top speed. The game will absolutely hate you for doing this.

-Bon Fire
Bon fire at spawn is a little annoying, as you try to hurry along and no-clip through it and you instantly die. (I mean I don't know what I expected, but that said the "death radius" is rather large)

-We Lack Technology to Open Doors
Combine cannot board the train unless you literally open a door for them. Kind of ruins the whole "ambush" thing that is implied when they attack, but no map is perfect I suppose. Another problem is that unless the Combine physically board the train, it is impossible for them to penetrate the idiots inside it (unless you open the side-doors on the armory).

-Not enough breakable sh!t
I admit I complain about this in 95% of maps I have ever played, and to be honest I think you might completely murder Garry's Mod if you try to fit in anything breakable. (except maybe a few crates...)

-Textures are Meh
I personally am not a huge fan of the textures. Then again, a lot of maps of this type I don't really like because of the textures, so I guess it's something that can't really be fixed or avoided...

Overall, fantastic map, the amount of details is incredible, and the AI's are surprisingly intelegent (unlike my spelling).

Yes, the lags is a problem. I did everything to saving FPS on above 30. Players who complain about unplayable lags probably have a LOT addons and weak CPU and trying to spawn all npc when train is moving. My spec is: QuadCore Intel Core i5-2500K, 4281 MHz (42 x 102), 8 Gb RAM, GeForce GTX 1060 6GB. On clear game (No addons) i got 30-40 fps on moving train.

No, they can open doors. You saw the valve under each main slide door? Any combine need to stay here for 30 sec and door will open. Every combines scripted to reach this position and stay here to open the doors. Two of them scripted to trying stay here no matter what. After doors open the next target is locomotive, when combines reach locomotive they stop fire. If rebels enabled, it probably infinite battle, because combines can't go through them.

-Not enough breakable sh!t
Map lagging as ♥♥♥♥ on most computers, you seriously want for breakables? Combines train cars is breakable models.

As I said, once it got moving there was no real issues (provided you didn't spawn the Combine foot soldiers moving at top speed). Standing still is (unsurprisngly) the best way to go for FPS, but it was a good job done no less.

I was wondering why you would enable such a complex feature. What exactly do they try to accomplish with that?

I said that I complain about that about every map, and acknowledged it would basically murder the map even more. Again, I'm a dumbass who did a late-night review, and late night reviews tend to include dumbass comments/"observations". (You'd think I would learn to stop that...)

Anyway, thanks for the feedback. As I said, it was a late-night review, which I honestly need to stop doing that sort of stuff.
