First I have to say great job on the mod. I was able to do what I wanted as a set up because of your limited births.

1. Childrens dome with playgrounds and schools for perks.

Set the age block for adult and above. The youths will stay until they are an adult and tend the comfort buildings.

2. A senior dome.

Set the blocks for children, adult, and middle age. So once agian youths and seniors only with youths tending comfort buildings.

3. Academy dome.

A dome where unspecialized go to be trained then sent off to another once trained.

Beofre due to the insane birht rates I was not able to make a population age flow between domes because they were always full.

Enabling the mod

While there is no technical difficulties enabling this mod to an existing game there is a population deflation that occurs. I think I dropepd fomr 250 population to about 120 as the mod did its job beofre catching back up.

Disabling the mod

If you disable this mod on a save you can still play the save. However the birth rate is non-existant. Not the authors fault, I dont think it can be helped.
