It increases the effects of Worker class by 75%
As well as reduces Navy size by 50%

I understand that this is greater than the previous version, but in 2.2 resources from worker is significantly less than it used to be in earlier versions. Honestly, 75% increase to workers may not be enough to be competitive, so I might also add a 25% boost from Stations.
