Villagers can provide rent upon a period of time, the higher tier the planet is, the better the rent.

Villagers can generate quests, which may randomly cause them to be eligible to become crew for your ship after finishing a task for them.

Lucario Guards can be spawned by at least placing 1 light source, 1 door, 1 weapon chest, and then placing a colony deed.
You can also specify a lucario spawn by placing down a lucario item.

You can spawn Lucario Guards from tier 1 to tier 4. To spawn a lucario of a higher tier, place corresponding tier decorations in the house.

Lucario Guards can provide rent over time, although the tier of the guard does not decide the rent. better rent is aquired at higher tier planets. The Lucario Guards though will protect your housing or villagers from enemies for free.

Lucario Guards can generate quests over time, which may randomly make them eligible to become crew after completion. Although lucario guards can only take the basic Ship Crew role, Ship Engineer role, or the Ship Mechanic role.

Lucario merchants can be spawned by having a house with at least 1 door, 1 light, 1 lucario item, and 2 wooden crates by placing a colony deed.

Lucario Merchants can provide rent over time, the higher tier of planet, the better the rent. Although Lucario merchants can sell you randomized merchandise upon spawn.

Lucario merchants can generate quests over time, although completing quests will not make them eligible for crew.

Lucario ship crew are obtained by recruiting lucario villagers and guards after doing quests. What position they take is dependant on what type of lucario npc you hire. The villagers can become any type of crew, although lucario guards are limited just to basic crew, engineers, and mechanics. These npcs do not provide any rent over time. The npcs can however aid you in taking care of your ship and aiding you on your journeys. To change their outfits, you must have a crew tailor, otherwise they remain in the standard protectorate armor.

The Outpost Visitors for this mod will visit the outpost. Though they may have limited lines of dialog, you will not be able to recruit them or obtain quests from them. They will spawn randomly with the other visitors, so you are lucky if you see them. The visitors will mostly be DEVs in the Lucario Race's past of people who contributed greatly to the mod that have a custom character to put in the game.

Other notable DEVs and helpers pending

The lucario have a full set of dialog patched into the normal games dialog. They have plenty of things to say.

The fans of Starbound collaborated with the DEVs to provide dialog of what the base game races say to the lucario. Most of these lines were from the people at Starbound Amino, while some were from the Official Starbound Forums. This helps the lucario blend into the Starbound universe more instead of walking up to a NPC and getting the default "I have nothing to say to you."

The Lucario have plenty of dialog lines for interacting with you if you are playing as a base game race. Instead of default chatter, the lucario have their own dialog suited to say to the base game race you are playing. This helps give the lucario depth and feel more like they are a part of the game.

Sadly there is currently no race mods that have worked beside the Lucario Race to forge custom dialog between the two. Maybe this can change?
