Nice mod. However, the range seems very small. I have it set to 800 in the gus.ini, but it still seems that dinos need to be almost on top of it to get a heal. It says range 800,is that supposed to be foundations away from it?

These are the settings I'm using:

[RNPlantZ]
HealthPercentPlayers=0.5
HealthPercentDinos=0.5
DamageCooldownPlayers=30
DamageCooldownDinos=30
Range=800
DisableRangeCheck=False

Also, would it be possible to have a toggle show range on the plant?

Hi, 800 is the vanilla default. Increase to around 1200 or more. I will add an option in the radial menu to display the range. The range are unreal engine units, 1 unit equals 1 cm, so 800 units equals 8 meters. Also 0.5 for Health percent, means it will heal 50% of your maximum health in 1 second.

I changed some settings now, to 8000 range and 0.05 heal per second.
Also, thanks for the show range toggle you are going to add, that should help lots with placing the plants.

Thank you for reporting, i will check what's wrong.
Edit: Problem has been identified, the range sphere was receiving damage as part of the plant. I will launch an update asap to fix this problem.

Hey X, I'm liking the mod so far, thanks for your work on it^^ However I seem to be having two small issues with it. These issues may well be related to my own use of the plant rather than mod bugs though, so if it's just my fault and there's nothing you can do then no worries, just let me know ;)

I'm using one of these plants in conjunction with Structures Plus crop plots, which can be placed on platform saddles. I have a paracer mobile base on my Aberration server, and I wander around the map using the plant to protect and heal my dinos if we are attacked.

Trouble is, sometimes the plant seems to come detatched from the crop plot and float in the air as my paracer walks away. Looking at the crop plot, it still says that it is planted with the Xplant, but the model is left behind and I cannot access it's radial menu. Also because it is not 'there', standing beside it doesn't seem to heal any of my dinos when this happens. Restarting the server fixes it for a time, but it often happens again soon after.

Also a second issue - I can't seem to access the crop plot when the plant has grown. The 'access inventory' option on the radial menu is not greyed out, but selecting it does nothing, and pressing F on it doesn't open up it's inventory either. I can press E on it to add fertiliser from my inventory, but that's all.

As I say, I know plants aren't really supposed to be used on platform saddles in the base game, so if there's nothing you can do about these issues then I understand. But if something could be done to fix them then it'd be really nice^^ Just figured I'd let you know just in case.

@Bananaman thank you for reporting these problems. In fact, i've never tested it in a mobile platform. I will make a few tests, and try to understand why is that happening, and also the inventory. I will keep you posted.

yo iam playing on a pvp server and admins removed the mod bc when players placed to many in 1 area it made laggs. they said they put the mod back when i find a way to maximum the plants in like an area or per tribe, is tzhere a possible way to do that?

hello friend look the mod is good but there is a big error the default area that is the range is 800 but I put for example between a range of 1500 to 2000 but it remains at 800 as default I do not understand what happens with the mod but it is not saved The configuration is fine or there is an error because I have it done
