Missing UI in deals screen?

When this mode enabled, I cannot trade anything with AI. There are literally no deals option from the AI and I cannot trade anything with them.

Quick Deals mod for trades.
The civs robbons are also broken, maybe another mod conflict. Disabling Extended Diplomacy Ribbon fixed everything.
