Report a translation problem
I attached a save. I have 64 children and 64 nursery slots (an additional 64 nursary slots turned off in my prebuilt unused domes). I controlled the children before this save, on my own, by turning births allowed on and off.
All domes are set to allow births. But, all nursery slots are filled at the moment, so no births should happen.
Let the timer go, and at full speed, it will be over 100 children before you know it.
You can see I'm a little OCD from my city. I have pre built much of it, and most of it is symetrical, lol.
