I took a look at the changes ultimate chaos made in the last update and unfortunately I can't easily make them compatible.

If you want to play with both mods you'd need to do this:

1: Download Rusted Pack File Manager (RPFM)[github.com]
2: Open the _ultimate_chaos_wh2.pack with RPFM
3: Expand the db folder and navigate to special_ability_groups_to_units_junctions_tables and expand the folder.
4: The folder contains two tables. Delete the table data__.
5: Click on PackFile in the menu bar and Save PackFile As...
6: The destination folder has to be Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER
II\data
7: Change the filename to, e.g. _ultimate_chaos_wh2_eevi.pack
8: Enable the changed mod in the launcher, disable the unchanged mod and make sure "Enable out-of-date mods" is checked
