Skirmisher Elite (Suggestion)

The Skirmisher Elite class is an additional class for the Skirmishers. Newly created Skirmishers will have a random chance to be a Skirmisher Elite instead. They weld a sidearm rather then their ripjacks and can provide tactical effectiveness for the whole squad.

Skirmisher Elite Squaddies get Marauder, like normal Skirmishers, but they get Mark Target
and an Pistol over the Ripjack. (Grapple by default)

At Corporal level, Skirmisher Elites can choose between Combat Presence or Reflex.

At Sergeant level, they get Quickdraw, Return Fire or Advanced Combat Presence - Grants 2 full actions rather then 1.

At Lieutenant level, they get Interrupt, Faceoff or Double Agent- Grants a random ADVENT unit at the start of the round.

At Captain level, they get Waylay or Zero In.

At Major level, they get Manual Override or Judgement.

And at Colonel level, they get Battlelord or Liberated - If the Double Agent survives the mission and the Skirmisher is healthy, the Double Agent is added to the barracks as a new Skirmisher.


NOTE: Double Agent does stack with the contenient bonus, but the "contenient bonus" one will NOT add a Skirmisher.

UI ID: Skirmisher's Double Agent will be called (Liberated ADVENT <Unit Type Name>)

Recommend Liberated be a Colonel skill. Also would this Double Agent stack with the contenient bonus?

It always struck me as odd that skirmishers don't use flame weaponry. They're all about being loud and fast, and live in lost-infested cities. Given pistols are fairly weak in comparison to the ripjack, I would suggest adding dragon rounds or something similar to the pistol. I'm not sure if that would be overpowered or not, but considering the strength of the basic skirmisher and the grenadier, this officer, otherwise, seems a bit underpowered in comparison to both aside from the invaluable ability to make you new skirmishers without using a console code. THAT is something awesome, that all factions could use to some extent. I really like the idea of earning your new hero units.

How about some "Advent exclusive abilities" imitation? Like marking a target (with holo targeting or something), environmental immunities, bleeding shots etc.
