So the modmaker didnt really specify how to turn the spotlights on.
To turn them on, create a new text file (you can do this by clicking on the empty space in the file the modmaker specified).
Then, paste the command in.
After you pasted it in, go to "File" in the top left and save it as "autoexec.cfg" and below that should be a dropdown box. Select "All Files" in the box.
Save it and you're good to play with your fancy lights!
