Hello, I got problem with rebels saminte and etruscan, Just raze two roman cities and left it desolate but in this place I got this two faction they own the towns in diplomacy mode but on the map are desolate I even see when they make some new buildings. When conquer them there is option to colonise or do nothing not like normal raze etc Only way to kill them is to wage war and COLONIZE them xDD someone had the same problem ? Help and Cheers !
