Settlement buildings for income and public order as Rome
Hey there. Started playing ancient empires as Rome. Can you guys help me which settlement buildings should I build for economy and public order. I can't build up my economy and can't place more armies.

there are a plethora of guides out there for this exact issue :)
the gist of it:
good use of government building, make them "independent" and thus happy.
you can alternative try the opposite (enables more units to recruit) and suppress any revolts with military might, also a way to deal with po) :)
many ways, play the game, try stuff :) its fun^^

i have no clue why you have a problem with more armies (or how to afford many more xD)
